Booking Policy & Appointment Guidelines‼️ Please take a moment to read and agree to the following terms and conditions when booking: A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is nonrefundable and will be applied toward your service. It is in place to reserve your time and ensure your scheduled spot is held just for you. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate you. Please arrive on time to your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late fee, and in some cases, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Timeliness is important, as running behind can affect all scheduled clients and the overall quality of each service. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time as well as others.
